A purchase was made on 23/10/16 vide Bill no 5965 dated 23/10/16 for Sweat Slim Belt from

Minawala, Vaishali Marg, Jaipur (Rajasthan)
PIN 301020
As per the prevailing scheme (advertisement on Airtel DTH) one belt was given free on purchase of one. One XL and one L size was given by the company.
However we had requested M size. So a change of size of belt was requested on the customer care numbers given on the Bill i.e. 8302046807; 8743042001. Despite many followups, the request is not addressed by the company. It is against ethics.
An email was also written to company on the grievance on the email address on the bill i.e. laxmienterprises16@gmail.com
We request you to please help us.
