Mobikwik Cashback Not Receive

I refear mobikwik app to my friend on 11-9-2016, and friend download mobikwik app and also add Rs. 100/- to mobikwik wallet.

As per refer and earn scheme of mobikwik both person is elegible to get 75/- cash back each.

But till today no cashback is received.

I complaint 4 times to mobikwik customer care by telephonic call, always they told me that my problem is resolved within 48 hrs. But till today my prob is not solved.

Please help me.
