Flipkart Cheated, purchased a Rot Iron Bed from FlipKart Website

I purchased a Rot Iron Bed from FlipKart Website. Order No. is OD406289849671838000.

I was told there is return policy to this item.I found the bed not of the quality I was expecting and shown on the Website. When I raised the return request, FlipKart told me that Seller has rejected the return request. They have not given me proper explanation on why my return is rejected by Seller.

I even tried to write email at resolution@flipkart.com (as given on their website) but email is bouncing back.

They have now even removed Order No. from the Website so that I can't inquire about it any further.

I never went to Seller to buy the product. I went to FlipKart website to make a purchase. Seller rejected my return is not an explanation for me.

Please help in getting my refund and take necessary action against FlipKart who is fooling the consumers.
