We have ordered a green color CZAR NEW CASSEROLE from flipkart of Rs.220. when we got our product it we found that it was of different company , color having manufacturing defect and the worst thing was it's MRP mentioned on the box was Rs. 175. We complaint at Flipkart believing they will give us justice and they assured us and send the product again. But now they again sent the same fake casserole with no description in a white box.
Now we admit complaint against the company in a matter of cheat and fraud us. We want a legal compensation against it's cheat and fraud behaviour and we are getting mental suffering and we spent a lot of money to order, Return and complaining on internet and I also have to break my job.
So I want justice from consumer court and I request to get my ordered piece with proper legal compensation.
You know that a late justice is justice denied so please take action as fast as you can.
