Complaint against Prism InfoTech for Invalid Charges in Mumbai Branch office

Myself Mohan Garg. I had registered with Prism Infotech for the Data Entry Work. I had deposited Rs. 3500/- on 5th September.
After registration i had to take follow-up around 7-10 days to receive my workload to start the work. I was idle for around 10 days without any work.
Who is responsible for the loss of 10 days?? Company is not accepting to compensate for the loss.
After completing the project in 15 days with accuracy and cut off level above 1800 I was calling them for my Payment. At last I got the payment within 7 days by cheque of Rs. 29000/- However my exact payment was Rs.36000/- (1800*20)
They cut my payment of Rs. 7000/- in the name of TDS.
I want my money back.
