    Dombuff Repair services simply cheating and harrassing customers by Payal Singh:

    I called up Lloyds service center for my tv repair. I got a call from technicians from 'Dumboff repair center' stating they are authorized service center. i asked them to pick up the television for repair on 07th Nov 2016. the technician said he would repair it by 09th Nov and deliver it back. However on 09th evening after calling him up multiple times he mentioned there was still some issue and he will try delivering it by late evening. After that he switched off his cellphone. Next morning his phone was switched off as well. on calling up customer care the customer care executive said they have to check. Again after numerous calls they said they are working on it and will be delivered the same day. Again after some time upon calling them they were unable to provide me the delivery time. After asking for escalation i was asked to talk to certain Mr Nazim who appeared unapologetic about the whole problem they put me in. After makiing some 50 calls they have a simple answer we will send it today. Again after calling in veneing they said it will be delivered either late evening or next morning. And next day again after numerous call around 09:30 they give a simple reply - ' why are you calling up again and again and disturbing us '. I never have seen such an unprofessional company which harrass their customers like this. Upon talking to Nazim guy he said it will be delivered by 2:00 p.m. No delivery happened even at 2:00 p.m. Upon calling up this useless Mr Nazim again now he started shouting at me and saying how can my workers leave Namaz and deliver. I mean this is not my problem that he committed 2:00 p.m to me. He should have coordinated with his staff before committing me. I would like this company to be penalised for harrasing the customers and taking money and not giving services to them.
