Dear sir / Madam,

I have purchased 3 Koutons Denim Shirts @ 799 from whaaky.com (Order number: S801835226) with Cash on deliveri commitment.

I have received the consignment today and paid COD of Rs. 949 (Rs. 799 + Rs. 150 towards Courier charges) to the courier person from ARAMAX. I am surprised to see that the shirts delivered is of the lowest standard. I was also shocked as the shirts delivered is nowhere related to KOUTONS and the worst part is it has no specific size.

I am trying to reach them through their customer care number 040 66228282 but nobody is responding.

I smell something fishy in this and feel cheated by them. I have sent them an mail requesting to guide me to return the product on support@whaaky.com but there is no response.

I wish to therefore submit a complaint against Whaaky.com (Address: No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad - 500016.) (Vendor Name : TARGET, Vat Number : 36899053686) and request you to kindly help me getting my money back.

Request you to kindly look into it and do the needful.
Please take strict action against this company as nobody else gets cheated henceforth.
