I HAD PURCHASED SAMSUNG J 5 MOBILE ON 29/09/2015 AND OTHER SAMSUNG J5 MOBILE ON 01/05/2016. ON 14TH SEPTEMBER WHEN VISITED SERVICE CENTRE FOR ISSUE OF AUTO RESTART THEY SAID ME THAT I HAD UPDATED MY MOBILE USING WIFI UPDATION IS NOT PROPERLY BECAUSE OF THAT ISSUE IS ARISEING.16TH SEPTEMBER I HAD VISITED SERVICE CENTER FOR ISSUE OF AUTO RESTART AT THAT TIME THEY HAD CHANGED MY MOTHERBOARD AND BATTREY FOR BOTH MOBILES BUT STILL I FACE THE SAME PROBLEMS OF AUTO RESTART.THEN AGAIN ON 17TH SEPTEMBER I HAD GONE AS THE PROBLEM WAS NOT GONE. THEY HAD KEPT MY MOBILE FOR OBSERVATION FOR 4DAYS. BUT THEY SAY THAT THEY DIDNT FACE ANY PROBLEM.ON THE NEXT DAY, IN MORNING MOBILE AUTO RESTART FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR.

I HAVE BEEN VISITING SERVICING CENTER FROM 14/09/2016 TO 20/09/2016 BUT STILL SAME ISSUE WAS NOT SOLVED.I DONT REMEMBER ALL JOB SHEET NUMBERS. ONE NUMBER I HAD WRITTEN DATED 17/09/2016 JOB SHEET NUMBER -4221721686. AND 20/09/2016: JOB SHEET NUMBER -4221902666

ON 20/09/2016 I HAVE SUMBITTED MY OTHER MOBILE WITH SAME ISSUE (RESTART). THEY HAD KEPT MY MOBILE FOR OBSERVATION AND THEY WILL GIVE ME ON SATURDAY. FOR SAME ISSUE I HAVE COMPLIAN TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ALSO THEY HAVE GIVEN ME ID NO: 1132973191.

24/09/2016 I HAD COLLECT MY MOBILE FROM SERVICING CENTRE ,BUT ON MONDAY AFTERNOON MY MOBILE AGAIN RESTART FOR 1HOUR AND AT NIGHT MOBILE WAS CONTINUELY RESTART.I HAVE MADE VIDEO OF IT AS PROOF OF IT.
