We had received a call from this company saying there was an offer, if you buy products worth any three products you get a laptop free, bcoz its an introductory offer, my son ordered the products. Then again they called saying you pay Rs28000 for the laptop to get the bill and it will be immediately refunded, my son not doubting the fraud, did so. Then they asked for an authentication no.to refund the amt and removed rs. 10000 more,when we complained, they said it was an error and again asked for authentication no.and again removed rs. 10000. So total, they took rs 3210 for the products, 28000 for laptop and 20000 more. I've been badly cheated and now no one answers the phone. Mr. Prashant had told me that he was the owner and he would refund my amt.by 6th Nov . but now no one answers the phone, all nos are switched off. The company is Delhi based. They must have cheated so many innocent citizens like us. Please help me to catch the frauds and regain my money.
