Shopping complaint against Amazon Cloudtail fraud

I have purchased a printer from amazon. When i wanted to registed the Canon printer in the canon website, i was unable to do. I call the customer care of canon and i have told that the product serial number is invalid.

I contacted amazon and inform the same. I have also provided the product serial number along with the screen print of the canon website.

At the begening i have told to wait for 2 week to check the same by the amazon technical team and then they will inform me. But no one has ever contacted me.

I have been cheated. i could see that in the printer box that the product is bought from Vietnam.

Is there any law which can save customer from this type of fraud!!!!
