Service complain to snapdeal Cancellations of order by snapdeal two times

I had placed an order on snapdeal on 18th of oct 16 vide order id 16086209146 , the product is sony sbh20 Bluetooth headset.
On the day of delivery ie on 27th oct i had received a mail and messege informing that the order is cancelled because the seller is unable to fulfill the order.the price of product was rs 1599 and in that prder i had also applied diwali promo discount coupn so i had paid only rs 1443 which jad informed that the rs 1443 will be refunded in your account but they have not refunded the promo coupon balance.
I haf contacted the snapdeal team via e mail as well as phone but didnt get any solution in thos regard.
One of their customer care person told me that the product was defective so the product is not dispached and ur order gets cancelled.second time when i contacted them they told me that the prodct was out of stock so the order gets cancelled.if you place the order again then it will be delivered.so on 28 oct i had again placed the order for the same product vide order no 16395427020 and paid rs 1599/- the tentative date of delivery wad 2 to 6 nov but the any update regarding dispatch of product was not updated by them so i again contacted them and they told rest assured the product will be delivered on sheduled day.on 4th nov there is update on snapdeal app that order is closed so i again contacted them on phone and he give assurance that product will be delivered no need to worry.but now i had received a mail and messege saying that the order is cancelled.
This is service provided by snapdeal. Almost one month they have used my money without delivering the product.
They have made a trap by giving the promo coupon to raise fund from public.in all these misbehaving by snapdeal is very irritating and feeling like mentally harrashed.
