Complaint Snapdeal Not ready to take incomplete product back

I purchased cleaning mop from Snapdeal and got incomplete product with missing top rod. So I raised request for returns. Since the day no one has visited at my location to collect the same. But I was keep receiving false SmS stating that Snapdeal tried to pickup the product and no one was present at the address. Which was completely wrong. So after first 3 messages I got an call from them to check if I still wanted to return the product, I said off course it is incomplete product and not of use. So they reopened my return request and again after 3 false messages they directly closed my request and not taking that product return now. I called Snapdeal helpline number but they are not ready to reopen the request. Pls assist.
