WRONG INFORMATION PROVIDED DURING PORT MOBILE NUMBER

Dear Sir/ Mam,

Recently Idea port executive called and express best plan 50GB Internet data and fee outgoing/ incoming calls +other benefits @253 including GST.

Today 18.06.19 port has been successfully done, but as now log in to Idea app and surprised to see showing 399+GST and providing 25GB data. I tried to call on number where i got the call but number is switched off and abusing if pick the call. Same complaint i raised to Idea customcare but no reply till yet.

Challenge is now i can not stop Idea service for 3 month at least nor stop the port. Resultant i've to bear full cost.

Please advise and help to solve the issue.
