I had raised an complain to idea customer care & grievance regarding my billing dispute of data plan called BOOSTER PACK & the registration no for the same is DOTEL/E/2016/27491 & DOTEL/E/2016/28455 on 28/07/2016 & 03/08/2016 but the case was closed stating that the charges are correct.
When i called idea customer care no for activation i was being told that if i activate BOOSTER PLAN then i will charged 100% of the plan charges if i used the data service in 1 day or 30 days. I WILL NOT BE CHARGED ON THE PRO DATA. I had also provided the call recording as said by their executive but they didn't consider that. Now if because of their customer care executive wrong commitment why should i bear the charges. & when i was using the data service i was receiving SMS stating that balance of the 3G data & used 3G data. I had activated 3G 450 BOOSTER PACK . and after fews day i had migrated my postpaid to prepaid because of my privacy was breached from some one in idea . my family & all the other no which was on the billing record use to get call from some unknown no at mid night & was being told by the caller that my idea postpaid bill details is with them so he will disturb every one in that bill which he has. so next day i decided to cancel my post paid to prepaid but before that i was being told by their store executive that i need to pay 100% of the dues before migrating from post paid to prepaid. so i paid all the dues & the no was migrated . suddenly on 27/07/2016 i receive a bill stating that i need to pay more 3155/- due to idea for my data usage . when i check my data usage was totally wrongly billed as told by their call center executive, whose record i am having. I request please look into this take necessary action against such company.
Now idea had put a case against me for not paying bill in lok adalat.
