I am a Idea cellular consumer bearing no.9948630780.Since it is not providing good network services, and as the mobile data is also not working due to poor signals, on 27-2-2020 I have applied for PORT to move to another network.But till today the they have not generated the UPS and sending messages stating that they have Contractual subsisting obligations with our service provider.
I ,therefore, request you to give suitable instructions to Idea Cellular
to generate UPC to enable me to move to another Network at the earliest.
