This is with reference to my Idea mobile number i.e. 8898288383, I feel cheated, highly disappointed with false promise made about network and so called disguised professional attitude of Idea Cellular company to treat customer. Poor network and customer service was a wound and now their so called professional behaviour has rubbed salt on that wound by terminating my incoming calls.
In context to this act, I want to state that the activation of post-paid with 4G facility on my above said no. took place on 28.07.2017. After experiencing poor network facility, I lodged complaint on call centre and they took around 15-20 days to revert back with reason that in my vicinity there is poor network strength. Hence I decided to lodge my complaint via mail and does so on 07.09.2017. As soon as I lodged complaint about the poor network, I have stopped using network. Instead solving my problem related to poor network, They sent me their regression via mail and above that without entertaining my problem caused by their poor network service in my area, they terminated my incoming facility without any prior intimation to the mobile number i.e. 8898288383 which is my old number and it has cause me inconvenience and pissed me off. After inquiry on call centre, i have been informed that, i need to pay my outstanding bill and they terminated the facility which is making no sense because if i am not getting any service and solution then i shall not be bound to pay.
As per Customer Complaint Redressal Procedure laid out by government of India cell – TRAI, which states that Cellular organisation will mandates establishment of Institutional Mechanisms for resolution of consumers’ grievances within the company at the level of Call Centre, Nodal Officer and appellate authority.
In my case my problem was not solved through call centre and appellate authority within stipulated time bar set by TRAI. In spite of settling my problem, Idea Cellular company's disguised act of deactivation of my old mobile number mentioned above has set me to lose my cool.
Now, I am liable to file a complaint with Jago Grahak Jago which fights for consumer right. I will produce all documents i.e. (e-mails, which clearly shows their negligence and alertness in solving consumer grievance) in support of my complaint.
In my complain to Appellate Authority, Idea Cellular Company, I have mentioned that I will not be liable for non payment of any unnecessary bill raised due to their delay in this matter, which may please be noted.
I seek an immediate action, help or guidance in this regard as i am suffering due to deactivation of my old no. due to their fault.
