Respected Sir,
My Idea number is 7350794814 (Maharashtra and Goa Circle). I had activated Friends and Family Feature on my postpaid connection in Nov 2015.
Every thing was running fine and all of sudden in Aug 2016 I was charged for the particular number though I had registered that number in Friends and Family Feature.
I called the customer care regarding this and they told me that this feature is discontinued and we can't help you.
The customer care people also mislead me to visit Idea store. I visited the stores numerous time; called customer care numerous time but still I am being charged for the Feature which company has discontinued without any prior intimation.
They are not even de-activating this feature till date
