I had recharged my mobile 9920944263 with 194 on 25th May 2017 after approval from idea customer care....... the benefit of same was denied after that i was given umpteen SR Number : Q1-99511687792

Sir/Mm no resolution done till date . After that I recd a msg on 4th june 10gb data activated on my number. let me update on that no data activated at all. i ve also msgd and mailed umpteen times. Please help this time. Regards
