Overpriced Wine and Liquor price

In Hamirpur district Himachal Specially in Bhoranj tehsil Area.
wine shop selling the liquor more than MRP like If beer price is 120 they selling it 150 without Bill. When we complaint about overpriced they refused to sell. Kindly mandatory the bill or supervised the area to check the selling price to avoid black money. It happening from many years.
This incident happen with me in Kehrwin, Kanjyan and Bassi Area of Bhoranj Tehsil, District Hamirpur
