Amount of Rs 296.65 is outstanding amount pending on idea and liable to pay me as soon as possible and as per customer mail idea have initiated a refund of Rs. 296.65/- have been dispatched via cheque to my address on 07th September 2017 and I have replied back that I haven’t received cheque so please send it again to below address but now they replied no pending amount is outstanding.
