Not converting postpaid to prepaid because of circle change - Idea celluar company

Hi ,

Postpaid connection started in 30/11/2017 Mumbai Circle

1) Requested for postpaid to prepaid conversion on 18/Jan/2018, denied stating need to complete 120 days, which was not informed while porting from reliance to idea(Lier idea cellular)

2)Converted to 199 combo plan with 100/- discount offer for 5 months from Dec.,
can't you initally tell user about the lower packs available unless user is frustated and threat to disconnect the cards

3)i am shifted to Pune for job and completed 120 days of postpaid connection and now again i raise request for conversion to prepaid on to that excuses given by Idea executives that our server not working or we do not have sim card(which is completed trained to discourage customer - Idea Executive at Dhapodi Idea Gallery)

4)31st May Idea Executive called me her Mobile No.(if needed i will give) and told me to switch to 125/- plan, i denied and requested for conversion to prepaid or disconnect the service

5)June 13 12:38pm- Idea gallery executive of Kate Puram chowk, Pimple Gurav told that convert to postpaid in pune circle for 90 days and then convert to prepaid


6)June 6 at 12:44 pm , Executive told me that i completed 120 days of postpaid so i can convert postpaid to prepaid in Pune circle.

7)June 6 at 1:54 pm i talked to executive named Zaki Sayyed or something and he told me to Change circle, PORT no. and Idea gallery will convert it to prepaid on the same day or on bill date but they will consider your request and it is possible to convert from Postpaid to prepaid

8)June 6 in evening when i walked down to Gallery that it is not possible what Zaki Sayyed is told(In appropriate knowledge given or what i understand from this , who is the lier telephone executive or Gallery executive)
They both started quarrel on phone.(shit)

9)I asked him to convert to 125/- postpaid plan(with reference to above point 4.) he said it's a corporate plan i said check my company name He told yes i can convert it.

10) June 18 at evening (check CCTV camera) Idea Store Harsh Communication at Dhapodi said that their network was not working and so they can't convert to other plan today(Second time they did this to me). Most important he told me that i can visit Idea Head Office in Pimple Saudagar and convert it to prepaid.

11)I called Idea executive to confirm what Point 10) said 6.49pm he says not possible(Again no proper knowledge or just harrasing customer)

10)June 19 , I went to Idea Gallery of Pimpri Shastri Nagar, their he denied KPIT is not in Idea list and minimum plan is 150/-(So Point 9. is invalid)


Your executive and gallery person say's different where the customer will go for help, you bullshit Idea. Stop cheating with postpaid customers. You are taking due advantage of postpaid customers. You should be shamed off.

I have audio recordings of what i said above . One say's it is possible other say's no what is this ?

I do not have any use of Idea Postpaid connection and I request you to convert to prepaid in pune itself . I am not free to go Mumbai for this conversion because of your circle issue

I am regretting my decision of Connecting with Idea. I am fed up of Idea.

I will always discourage others to take Idea Prepaid/Postpaid connection.

I am waiting from last 2 days and there is no response , Executive told me that it will be handle on immediate basis and it is given to higher level. Only fake promises but no action till
