DEAR SIR, MY MOBILE NO IS.9426712412. I WANT A CHANGE MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER FROM IDEA TO BSNL I SUBMIT FORM AT BSNL MORBI OFFICE FOR CHANGE MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER THROUGH MNP DATE ;- 10/01/2017. BUT NOT CHANGE SERVICE TILL THIS DATE.AND BOTH MOBILE PROVIDER GIVE NOT ANY REASON FOR CHANGE MY SERVICE. SO MY QUESTION IS WHY NOT CHANGE MY SERVICE FROM IDEA TO BSNL PLEASE CLARIFY ME WHAT IS THE REASON FOR NOT CHANGE PROVIDER. I SEND MANY EMAIL TO IDEA CELLULAR FOR THIS BUT NOT ANY REPLY FROM THAT SIDE SO PLEASE GIVE ME REPLY. SO PLEASE REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT AND GIVE ME REPLY SOON.
