Idea Prepaid Internation Roaming & Bad Customer Service

Hi, my name is T.Guruprasad. I have been using Idea prepaid connection for more than about 5yrs now and currently residing in Malaysia on Work permit. My complaint is about no signal coverage during International roaming. It was working for quiet few years already and not working for more than past 1 year for which i had raised multiple complaints and had chat with customer care multiple times as well. Here are the complaint ID for reference (1-220279939363,1-332589848082 and
1-334804629445). However i also had worst customer support answers for each of the complaint i had raised where each time they give different answers on the same issue. I had this experience where a customer support guy called me last week and asked to perform few manual steps to resolve the issue and asked me to try in different location with different mobiles and finally asked to change the Sim card as it may have errors and last night the same guy called and says there is network tie-ups in Malaysia for them to provide signal coverage. There official website says it supports International roaming coverage in Malaysia(https://www.ideacellular.com/prepaid/international-roaming) and customer support team says currently they do no have any tie ups in Malaysia and says that work is being going on and refuse to give any tentative timeline for resolving the issue.
