Complainto to IDEA Service Provider for PORT OUT REJECTION

We have requested a port out request for more then 4 times with proper documentation and clearing all outstandings. However our port out request got rejected everytime.

Having dissatisfied from the services, we wish to switch the network provider but IDEA is not letting us do that.
