I, Jagmohan Sehgal using my Idea connection having no. 9540219595 since last more than 10 years with an ARP-700 (for two year) plan. After every two years of completion of plan i received a call from customer care for confirmation of plan. Every time they asked "whether you want to change your plan or keep the same" i.e. ARP-700. But every time i went with the same plan. Now, they have change my running plan from ARP-700 to 99/- P.M.+GST without any phone call or my consent. when i went to Idea nearest office and detailed my question for changing of plan without consent, they suggest me to send a SMS for number port which they did at their end from my cell phone. next day when i received call from customer care executive he told once another plan is given to you it cann't be changed and you can go with port your number and generated invoice for rs.99/- or more at present time. But i don't want to port my number.
