My self Ravinderjit Singh . I want to complaint against your corporate for selling no. By giving wrong commitment. I was told by your corporate person that he will give me a discounted Nirwana plan 389. In which there will be 311 rent for my no. 9560509037 and 211 rent will be for my son no. Which is 9717224514. But in
Aug month I had received extra bill of 720/_ which should be 522+ taxes . So i requested to Idea officials kindly do reduce my bill as committed by your team
Also pl find attached all conversation done by your team member on Whats App. His no. Is +919873262359.

this matter was resolved after several follow up and mails to Idea . but now again I have received bill of Aug month on 7th Sept of 707/- which should be not more than 520/- as per commitment given by Idea official they reduced rent amount and ask with reduced rent they will provide same facilities which were running earlier means unlimited outgoing call loacl and STD from both my no,s and unlimited local national SMS and 20 GB data on my no. + 20 gb data on my another no. + 10 Gb bonus data . but now they are gain denying to reverse extra charges so I request to get extra charges waved of by Idea and also Instructions should be Given to Idea not to do fraud in future with customers .
