Reliance jio net not working

I am using jio net(jio number-7007996464) through jiofi router.reliance jio sold his wifi router(jiofi) in the name of 4g speed.but the speed of it like 2g or worst.i also complained about it to jio on 25 nov, 4 dec, 8 dec and also so many times they update my complain but they didn't solved the problem and always told me to wait and now it's 17 days past and my problem as it is.when i asked him about my complain then they always told me that his team trying to call me but my phone is not recheable.i gave him my 2 alternate phone number but i dont understand that in these 17 days they not able to contact me single time although my both number is in network area 24*7 .sir please help.
