Complaint against Jio Sim for showing exhaustion on the same day of activation?

It’s kamlesh from Varanasi. I had bought a Jio sim card that was activated as was told but after the activation, the same day a message was received “ You have exhausted your account”. Hearing this I was shocked.

Please show me the solution of the problem.
