Complaint regrading Non Activation of Reliance Jio More than 24 hours

Dear Sir, Greetings!! With due regards , would like to bring to your kind notice that , I Priyanka Pal had purchased a Reliance Jio number– 70113XX181 on saturday i.e 9/07/2016, from Shop No.328, 3rd Floor, The Great India Palace Mall, Plot No.2A Near Amusement Park,, Sector 38, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.

I am following with them from Sunday for the activation but they are only giving me excuses. First they said that my reference has not received the verification call from Reliance but when I check with my local reference I found no call was made to her.

Again I gave a call for the same to report it they said that Reliance has given atleast 5-6 calls, which was actually not made to the reference. I again called at around 6:00 pm to take the update on Sunday i.e. 10/7/2016, they said the concerned person who is handling the same is out of office and it can be done only on Monday. Monday morning i.e 11/7/2016 I called again for the update , they said update will be given after half an hour. I waited till 1 HOUR then again made a call myself. Again they said they dont have any update I have to wait for the concerned person. This service is not expected from such reputed company. Instead of they calling me for a feedback customer is chasing for the activation for which the customer has done a full payment. Would appreciate a prompt reply from your end.
