When i have gone through flipkart online shopping website i.e www.flipkart.com , for shopping online a smartphone namely lenovo of model no. A4620a46 ( vibe k5 plus series), it is mentioned in the website page as important note that

"This Phone is Eligible for Jio Welcome Offer, to Avail this Offer Please Reach Out to your Nearest Brand Outlet. For more information please refer to http://dl.flipkart.com/dl/reliance-jio-tnc. Please remove the protective layer over camera and display before use
4G Connectivity and Phone Features Depend on the Carrier and the Location of the User"

Accordingly I have decided to purchase the same mobile phone to use the benefit provided through jio welcome offer i.e unlimited data, voice and sms.

I have placed the order vide order no. OD107665820013503000 Dated 22.11.16 1:52 pm of amounting Rs. 8499.00 through EMI.

I have received the product on 26.11.16 and when i tried to call via jio reliance number it could not be established but 4G data is running. Then i called to customer care of jio team , he said that your phone is unable to talk through jio sim in the phone dial to any number.

i was request to flipkart for return the mobile phone but they were refused to return by saying it is not comes under our return policy.

They are represent to eligible the welcome offer of jio but it is not correct .
