I brought Worldtech Super Bass Tube from Snapdeal on 14th March 2016 for Rs 5500/-
Product delivered on 21st March 2016, I brought this product since it was clearly mentioned on Snapdeal's website (Product description) installation was at doorstep and free of cost ; I called/ wrote Snapdeal customer care for more ten times but nobody supported for installation , yday i installed it at local vendor by paying 3000 INR , becoz it requires special wiring kit of 1300 INR , 1000 INR JBL 4 RF Modulator, 700 Fitting Charges ..Total 3000 INR ...I've lodged case in consumer court .....dont buy this product ...no after sales support at all .....Very very bad experience .......
