i order light on 4 march 2016 from urjakart.com.
and i do not open box and i want to replace or return the product
by mistake i place order and i want to return the sealed product.
but urjakart team mail me that they will not return or replace the product
so i complain against the urjakart.com site.

we are request you to return the item which have order no. 200016318 , 200017856
we are returning this product because the item not deliver sufficient light for our ground.
and i request your team to solve my problum and return money.

As per your message you mentioned that it is not delivering sufficient light. How can you say that without even opening the box.
And rest i leave it to you. I cannot initiate a refund or replacement.
