They hoodwinked me, got cheated.

I get cheated from this quickrclub.com. I got a call from thenm that if i buy any product from their websites then i will get a gift worth Rs 20000. So,i placed a order from their websites Quickrclub.com worh Rs 8292 with online payment
After a days they called me and asked me Rs 10000 for the Billing generate because the gift they will provide me for eg. Mobile, led Tv or Tour package.
Any one of these.
I have to pay them Rs 10000 but the amount will not be deducted
So, i paid them but my amount were deducted from my A/c i demand them so they tell me that it will reflect in your A/c withm 24 hours but it won't.
So, i aksed them for my order they said it will take time.
I called them for my money they asked me to kept Rs 10000 in my A/c then it will transfer to your A/c i do the same but it won't. After they asked me to pay them online and they will refund me within 5 min the whole Rs 20000 i do the same but they won't refunded me. They said that they have some technical problem thats why money is not refunded. I have to wait 5 to 7 days they said.
After that again i called them they said they are having some company policy they refund only more than Rs 40000 and i have already paided them Rs 20000
So, i have to pay them more Rs 20000 after that they will refund me the whole amount Rs 40000 within 30 sec.except that Rs 8298 Amount
Total amount i have paid then is Rs 28298.
After this holy they sended me a local Rs 50 sunglass and a local wallet.
It has been 2 months ago but still neither they have sended me the product nor they are refunding them money.
I knew i have commited a big mistake
Sir if you can help please help me to get me out of this .I am a student.
