Dear Sir,
I paid online payment for brand new book. But I was delivered through courier an old edition, loose binding book. I made a complain oral (mobile) as well as written with a request to arrange for reverse pick. M/s Sapna Infoway Pvt Ltd agreed their mistake and assured they will replace it. But now they are not responding to my emails. Since mistake is committed by them, reverse pick must be their responsibility. They should arrange for reverse pick without much delay or refund total amount.
