snapdeal not delivering the product

on feb 14 2016 i buy wall stickers in snapdeal but till now they are not delivering tha product.i buy the product when it is discount after paying the money online now when i call them to enquire about the product they are saying that the product is not coming in that price that means they are cheating the costemers by showing discount but when we buy that they are saying it is in not coming in that price... so please help me. this is not about money ds s about cheating of that online site .
