Shopping complaint against Amazon product not returned

Amazon courier pickup person picked up a product wrongfully.
Requested them to return as the product did not belong to them. But they are not responding / returning the product. Not returning value of product even.
Tried to contact them many times by sending emails & calls, but no resolution from their side.

1. Why did Amazon schedule 2 pick-ups for 1 return order?

2. Why did the pick-up person carry back the wrong item? He should have checked with his list of return.

3. Why did the return slip not have complete information of the return item?

4. Why is amazon not being transparent in helping to trace the parcel?
