My sister bought a 10400 MAh Powerbank Of MI from Bookmyoffer.com-
When she opened it she found that it was duplicate and defective. She has written to their customer care twice but no response from that site. They have given a number but which is out of service.
So i want to complain about them and want my money refund and compensation too.

    I booked Samsung 20000Mah power bank from BOOK MY OFFER site, but the product complaint and not used . So want to refund ,I call there customer care, and mailed them ,no response from there side.
