Mi 10400 MAH power bank was ordered online but a Duplicate / Local product with the same name has been delivered and the customer care of Ebazaar Ninja is not picking the phone nor they are replying to multiple complaint emails being sent to them.

Would request the concerned authority to have the amount charged from me refunded and also a strict action may kindly be taken against the seller.
