Dear Sir,

I ordered shoes of orange colour on 26 July reference no. is 080467778588437. I received the shoes on 30 July. Afert opening the received box I found that wich I received is not near to what I seen on website,they are of very bad quality n the stiching is not proper. Just after 15 min. I call on their customer care no. 8010001133 but there is no response the comp. said that our executive will talk to u but automatically call cuts.I tried several times but every time same thing happened. Then I open their website n found email address cc@bookmyoffer.com and care@bookmyoffer.com. Every time the message came that delievery fails.Then now I decided to comlain against them.I also attached the pic of shoes showed on website n the delievered one. So please help me in refund of money.

    I ordered 2 powerbanks 25000 mah .but they sended only 16000 mah but both are not working properly... customer care no is also not working ,i mailed them many times they dont reply.. they did not return the product n not refund money... fraud company fraud site.. waste non working products.. plz guys do not purchase any thing from this site... plz plz plz..
