I had ordered online for a product which the company had delivered and payment collected.

It was found that the MRP on the package was tampered to overcharge the MRP. Email communication has been sent on 17 June and subsequent reminders informing about the same but except for automated replies no response from the company. Photos attached.

Request for refund of extra collected and action as per law for tampering and overcharging MRP.
