FIRST THEY HAD SEND DEFECTIVE /DAMAGED PENAL (the penal is producing 12.6 volt instead of standard 20 volt for 150w solar penal - checked by technical solar person)
MORE OVER NOW THEY ARE TELLING THAT WE ARE SORRY YOU HAVE TO REPORT WITH IN 7 DAYS WITH FIRST EMAIL AND MISLEADING ME TO REPLACE DEFECTIVE /DAMAGED PENAL, BY TELLING SO ...SO...
THE SCREEN SHORT OF MY MOBILE CALLS IS ATTACHED WHICH WAS INFORMED TO THEM WITHIN 7 DAYS / MY EARLY E MAILS HAD BEEN ATTACHED /THERE EMAIL TO REPORT WITHIN 7 DAYS AND WAIT.. THE TOKEN IS RISES ETC etc. ATTACHED THERE BILL AND EMAILS.
SO REPLACE DEFECTIVE /DAMAGE SOLAR PENAL WITH OUT ANY DELAY OR REFUND WITH INTEREST ALONG WITH LEGAL FEES + CONSUMER COURT CHARGES
