Selling Defective Product Orpat OEH-1260 Room Heater by snapdeal

I purchased Orpat OEH-1260 Room Heater by snapdeal. Snapdeal delivered me defective Orpat OEH-1260 Room Heater which was not working properly. I lodged complaint about Orpat OEH-1260 Room Heater then Snapdeal took back product and snapdeal promised me to provide new Orpat OEH-1260 Room Heater. But snapdeal cheated me, they delivered same product after repairing it. After 25 days the product were dead and not able to work. Then i called to snapdeal for complaint, snapdeal provided me Orpat service centre no. 01634-220076 but which were not related to orpat service centre. Again i called to snapdeal many time but snapdeal did not reply to me. I requested to you that kindly ask to snapdeal to collect thier product and refund me my money.
