Dear Sir,

I am Arushi Gupta, R/o Raheja Atlantis, Sector-31, Gurgaon. I ordered a Mont Blanc pen from an Internet site called ‘Suave Store’ on 08-02-2016 . This site is known for cheap deals for branded products and is presently doing great business as well. Looking at their portfolio, I was tempted to order the pen “Montblanc Meisterstuck” as chosen from their site. I made the payment of Rs.13,999/- on delivery after opning the parcel doubted the genuineness of the product (pen) to clarify I went to one of the Mont Blanc showrooms in Gurgaon where they told me that the pen was fake. I immediately contacted the company concerned vide mail dated 20-02-2016 and asked for a refund . They instead informed me of their policy of replacement first and then refund vide mail dated 20-02-2016. I automatically opted for it and I again mailed the company on dated 28-02-2016. It has now been 20 days ever since we contacted them first. They promised us for a replacement except no one has come to collect the pen from our house. We have contacted their toll free number (180030700360) and they have started not picking our calls. We tried contacting them through email (customer@suavestore.com) for which they replied once promising us a replacement and then a refund within 2-3 days but that didn’t happen either. I texted them on their whatsapp number asking them for an explanation after 20 days of waiting and cribbing, at which they told me that I am no longer eligible for refund and they will only replace the product. The company is constantly harassing me as they don’t wish to communicate with me to solve the problem nor are they making any attempts to send me a replacement let alone my money.
I request you to look into the matter and it would be a great help if I could get my money back from this company. This site “suavestore” is cheating the public at large by showing images of original branded products but selling the fake ones. I am also been dishonestly induced by the site to purchase the said “ Mantblanc Meisterstuck” pen which is found to be fake. I have suffered loss due to believing the sites inducement.
Further this company is still doing business with full swing and making people fool all across presently as well.
