Return of defective product not being executed

I had bought a Mobile(Nokia 208) from Shopclues.com. The product has turned out to be defective. The product is not originally from Nokia. Also the charger, battery and earphone is also not from Nokia. The buttons are defective. The screen is old.
We have been requesting return and refund product since 9th February, through numerous e-mails and calls, but Shopclues is not responding properly.
