REPLACEMENT OF S VIEW COVER OF SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 4 / REFUND OF MONEY

I purchased a Samsung S view cover for Galaxy Note-4 wrth rupee 1799-00 online from Snapedeal the cover stopped functioning with in 10 days of purchase(1 Feb2016) . It is written on the the Wrapper of the the S View Cover that it has 03 months warranty So I called up Snapdeal, I was told that the can't help as the time is more than 10 days now and no return is entertained after 01 week
As per their directions I contacted Samsung online help they could not resolved the issue and directed us to visit nearest Samsung store
The properiter of samsung store at Damoh MP told that this product is spurious and refused to entertain
I again comunicated all this to Snapdeal they said they are not responsible as they provide only a platform its out and out sellers responsibility
I contacted seller SAI telecom D131 Kamlanagar They said they will replace it only when it is returned trough Snapedeal as they have not sold it to me directly
Afterwords I again made several requests to Snapdeal to help me out for replacement of product but to no avail
Iam perplexed and deeply shocked by this kind of behavior and Seek justice against harassment caused to me.
