Replacement of moto g4 plus Amazon Customer Care and Motorola Customer Care

This complain is to inform you that I Shubham Singh (Shubhamsingh2266@gmail.com) is regularly contacting Amazon Customer Care and Motorola Customer Care on 180030009009 and 1800102234 respectively, for last 8 or 9 days regarding replacement of my moto g4 plus phone (model id XT1643) delivered to me on 22 September 2016 due to heating up and fingerprint sensor but I am not getting any satisfactory by their sides. And today also calling Amazon customer care . I was asked to wait for next 24 hrs with patience. Although seller company Amazon is aware of other fact that on 2 October 2016. The window replacement of my moto g4 plus (model id XT1643) will be closed.

So often making so many calls and mental harassment suffered by me , I am sending hope that my phone will be replaced as soon possible.

Kindly please help me.
