I placed the order for INR 3240 on 18th Jan'16 but haven't received my product till today as on 18th May'16. Whenever I call the customer service in working hours, IVR says "Office is currently closed", and sometimes they pick up the call but disconnect the call in between the conversation. Name of few executives are: Amit Kumar, Love,Rohit. They are neither providing the refund nor proper response.

This is in regard to the order placed as of 1st May 2016 for Amul Milk (Invoice Number 100000960), but after doing continuous follow up from my side first your team told that it will be started from 16th May and then they said it will rescheduled to 20th May, then again following up now they say that it has been cancelled and forced me to purchase another product from your site.
It has been very disappointing that you don’t even inform the customer about the status and force the customer to make forced purchase.
Please do the following things:
- Confirm that current order is cancelled and refund the amount.
- Also confirm why the refund will take 90 days and if that is the case the order was placed as of 1st May 2016 and when the funds will get credited to my account, please compensate the Interest for that period.
Please respond on priority and also let me the details of Higher Management as i need to escalate this issue.

I paid 1500 for the subscription of milk through paytm in the month of May. My milk subscription never started and no one is bothered to reply to my emails. 24X7 fresh.in is fake. Moreover I trusted paytm and paid the money through paytm so even paytm is not ready to help in this issue. Even paytm is involved in this fraud.

(1) 100005688 dated 17 February, 2016, amounting to Rs. 513.00
(2) 100004203 dated 9 May, 2016, amounting to Rs. 1296.00.
It is regretted to inform you that till date I have no received “ANY DELIVERY OR ANY REFUND” from 24x7fresh side, till date.
I try to talk with 24x7fresh's representative on phone (i.e. 33609090) at various times, but the phone has been dead or out of range.
I REQUEST 24x7fresh TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND MY PAYMENT OF Rs. 1809.00 (513+1296) MAY PLEASE REFUND TO ME AT EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

Through Flipkart I had ordered fridge on 17th October but I scheduled delivery on November 1st. They had also accepted it, we will deliver accordingly, courier person called me and we are delivering today on 24th October by call since I was out of station I told him that I had planned for scheduled delivery on November 1st. Yesterday I had received mail saying my order got cancelled and refund has been initiated. But I asked you without my consent you had cancelled my order and money has been refunded. They simply saying sorry and I could not re-order as they are saying seller is not selling to your location. I asked to send me the same fridge which was about to deliver. Kindly advise what should I do.
