I had ordered an Automatic Gas Stove from SNAPDEAL Order ID: 19097569092.but I received a Manual and a Damaged product was delivered, as I put a request for return and refund there was Dropbox with only One option so I selected the wrong product requested . However I have not yet received the refund.however Snapdeal says damaged wasn't mentioned, i would like to remind them that they sent a sms before, mentioning that would call me up to find out about the product and arrange courier but that was not done instead i get a email requesting for self courier it which I have done, Stop Forcing Fake non ISI products on people and misguiding people
