I ordered a dress online on uttamvastra.com and paid the full amount but before the order gets dispatch on reading the reviews from customers I cancelled the order. It's already 40 days they did't refund my amount. I called them several times and mailed them atleast 10 times but they always say that we will refund your money in 15 days.
