I have purchased a Sony Power Bank 10000 MAH by paying Rs. 499.oo by my debit card on 30/01/2016 from http://gajabo.com. On 02/02/2016 on of the partner of gajabo.com, the Balaji Shoppee, mailed me that they have initiated a courier pickup for my order. But stillI didn't received the product.
In this context I am requesting you to do the needful as early as possible.
